Caspian Day celebrations were held in Turkmenistan in August, 2022
Many of scientific and practical activities took place in Turkmenistan to celebrate the 2022 Caspian Sea Day. Among these events were the Scientific conference and the event aiming at the youth engagement.

Third Technical Meeting of Experts under the Environment Monitoring Programme of Tehran Convention was held on April 12, 2022
On April 12, 2022 the Third virtual technical meeting under the Caspian Environment Monitoring Programme (EMP) was held to bring together experts from all the Caspian littoral states for the purpose of discussing obligatory and optional parameters of marine environment to be observed under EMP and littoral states' capacity in observing the marine environment parameters of the Caspian Sea.
